Acceptable Use Policy

• Upload data you have no lawful right to process, or use VertexHR in breach of data protection, employment or equality law.
• Use the Service to discriminate against, harass or unlawfully monitor any person.
• Upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, test or breach the security of the Service or another customer's data.
• Access the Service by automated means (scraping, bots) except through any API we provide.
• Share login credentials, or allow anyone other than Authorised Users to use your account.
• Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties, or use it to build a competing product.
• Overload the Service or interfere with other customers' use of it.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringes anyone's intellectual property.

• Give Authorised Users only the access level they need.
• Remove access promptly when someone leaves your organisation.
• Report suspected security incidents or misuse to support@vertex-hr.com without delay.

We may investigate suspected breaches and suspend or remove access, content or accounts that breach this policy, as set out in the Terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
